Gilles Dulude, CRHA
Professional with more than 30 year's experience in human resources management, corporate development, change management, labour relations and conflict resolution. He has served as Vice-President human resources for Le Groupe Videotron, Labatt Breweries, Celanese Canada. He also managed labour relations at Télé-Québec and Communication Canada.
He has received the Annual Merit for his career in Human Resources Management from The Quebec Order of Human Resources and Labour relations advisors.
He is a frequent conference speaker and is also teaching at several universities on conflict management and labour relations.
Since 1999, he manages a team of human resources consultants with Synergroupe. He is mainly involved with executive coaching and the strategic role of human resources within a business plan.
Mr Dulude holds a degree in industrial relations form the Université de Montréal and followed the Executive Award Management program at the University of Western Ontario.
